Purpose
I am dedicated to spreading awareness and providing valuable resources for anyone facing mental health challenges. Our mission is to connect individuals with the support they need, whether it’s information on therapy, counseling, housing assistance, or other crucial services.
Continued Education
While I do not have a “formal career” in mental health, I am trained and/or certified in numerous related areas. This includes: crisis counseling, Mental Health First Aid, and peer support specialist. For those that also utilize energy work, I am also a Reiki Master.
Peer Support
One of the most useful tools in reaching mental wellness is peer support. Surrounding yourself with meaningful connections makes a world of difference, and is one of the ultimate goals I had when creating CoSoul Healing. Together, we can navigate the path to wellness & overcome the struggles that so many people face.
